Defendants Charles Kaufman and Ida Kaufman are husband and wife. At the time of the injuries to plaintiff the Kaufmans were both employed by the same employer. On certain days of the week Mrs. Kaufmans employment commenced at an earlier hour than that of her husband and on such days Mr. Kaufman was in the habit of driving Mrs. Kaufman to their common place of employment. On such occasions they made only one trip and Mr. Kaufman would remain at their place of employment until his hours of employment commenced.
