In three issues on appeal, Cox argues that the trial court erred by (1) refusing to enforce Southern Garretts membership regulations; (2) granting directed verdict on Coxs claim for breach of fiduciary duty; and (3) granting directed verdict on Coxs claim for piercing the corporate veil of Excelerate and ABC Chemical.
